Refunds do not come from this page
Worth establishing before anything else. This is an information site. We do not sell Finessa, take no money for it, and cannot return a cent to anybody. Refunds are processed by ClickBank, which holds the transaction record. What follows describes their process; it is not an offer from us.
The window
Orders are covered for 180 days from the date of purchase, and the brand accepts part-used and empty tubs as well as sealed ones.
Both halves of that matter. Six months runs roughly three times longer than the 60 days typical across this category. And accepting opened product is the only arrangement that means anything for a formula whose slower half cannot be judged inside two months — a sealed-only month would run out well before you had an answer.
Making a claim
- Dig out the order reference. It is in the receipt sent at checkout. Search your mail for ClickBank rather than Finessa; try the spam folder.
- Write to ClickBank support, not to the brand. They hold the transaction and release the money.
- Get a return authorisation and an address before posting anything. Tubs sent to a guessed address do not produce a refund.
- Post the tubs back as instructed, empties included. Return postage normally falls to the customer.
- Allow for processing. The money returns to the card or account used, once the parcel is received. Your bank may take several days more to show it.
What catches people out
- The clock starts at purchase, not at delivery. Trivial on a domestic order; less so if the parcel took three weeks to arrive.
- Keep the postage receipt. It is the only proof the return was ever sent.
- The three eBooks are downloads and cannot be returned. They have no bearing on eligibility.
- The refund covers the product. Whatever you paid for the original postage may not come back.
- Only purchases made through the brand's own order form are covered. Anything bought from a marketplace listing sits outside the guarantee completely.
If nobody answers
Your card issuer or payment provider runs a dispute process, and that is the next step. We have no standing in it and cannot step in. We would still like to know — contact@finessa.organichealthremedies.co — because how a refund actually goes is worth recording on the page.
Our position
We are paid a commission on completed orders, and that commission is reversed when a buyer is refunded. There is accordingly no reason for us to make returns sound harder than they are. The binding terms are whatever appears on the brand's order form at the moment you buy.
